Looking for a Virtual Office?

Not a week passes without Office Lifeline getting enquiries for a Virtual Office - I guess it comes from advertising Virtual Office Services and having a well optimised website - and this week is no exception.

Unfortunately, we're not in a position to be able to offer a "physical" Virtual Office with a business mailing address, although we can provide an online VHQ WebOffice - its good, but it's not the same. If this is what you need, here are the options that we advice enquirers to check out:

1. Mail Boxes Etc: its a national franchise and just along the road to us. Renting a starter mailbox ranges from £22 /mth down to £13 /mth depending on the rental term
2. Local serviced offices: you should find a wide range to choose from and the prices vary, but we see the average around £40-50 /mth
   
3. Science Park Incubators: Ideal if you are a technology company. Prices vary, but you should be able to find one who will promote your company for £25 /mth.

It's worth noting that some Science Parks offer a free Virtual Office and Business Support for start-ups (e.g. Warwick Science Park's Ignite Programme and Coventry University's 4Front Programme) where you can also get free business advice in marketing and specialist areas, as well as joint PR.
