Keeping on top of Sales Management Admin

Most sales people like selling, but hate sales office admin tasks: sales forecasts, reports, opportunity tracking, etc. These days sales people are expected to be self sufficient to a large degree, but there can be an advantage to having some admin behind you, to make sure the CRM database is maintained and everything happens as planned.
