On the 1st October 2009 Business Link West Midlands launched its new IT Advisory Service (ITAS), aimed at helping small-medium size businesses to exploit IT and the internet. The support on offer varies from telephone help up to 5 days of intensive consultancy support, for companies looking to transform the way they do business by investing in IT systems.
The National B2B Centre, who helped Office Lifeline to design our IT systems when we were getting started, has won part of the ITAS delivery. Our e-business consultancy partner, Viretec Consulting, is involved in the delivery of intensive assistance with them, focusing on the e-business transformation end of the spectrum.
