Today, I was reminded yet again of how many Microsoft users are not yet using Office 2007. We often find ourselves forgetting, and send 2007 documents that the recipient can't open. Thankfully, this is a rare occurrence with Office lifeline clients because most have downloaded the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack - its so easy, they didn't need our help.
